INVESTMENT DUE DILLIGENCE SERVICES
Western Washington Regional Center will provide the investor with the financial and market information necessary for him or her to make the decision about whether the particular investment is appropriate for his or her objectives.  We will be available to tour prospective investors around the project area as well as provide written investment information, including financial and job creation projections.

IMMIGRATION SERVICES
The investor/applicant in the EB-5 visa process needs a diligent project sponsor working with him or her to ensure a timely and successful EB-5 Green Card application.  We will work with you and your chosen immigration attorney to provide all necessary documentation about the project you will be investing in, the projected number of jobs to be created from your investment and the follow-up job creation documentation necessary to make your permanent Green Card application successful.  We understand that timely and accurate information about what jobs were created and when those jobs were created are crucial to your EB-5 application.

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
Western Washington Regional Center will professionally manage your EB-5 investment.  From initial financial closing through construction and lease-up of the project to the time your initial investment is returned to you, Western Washington Regional Center will be there to provide reliable and timely information about your investment.
